All returns, warranty issues and shortages can be either handled by Hiflight R/C or by Hitec directly. If your item has a Hiflight sticker attached to it we will cover it under our value-added warranty program. Products with a Hiflight sticker attached to them should be sent directly to us for prompt repair or replacement.
