Dear dealers,
As many of you may know, Alberta is currently experiencing a severe labour shortage. In order to accommodate our current employees we will be shortening our hours of operation. Effective March 2, 2007 Hiflight R/C will be closed Fridays.
Other than the four-day work week, our hours of operation will remain the same: open Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
Our automated ordering systems will remain accepting orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Management will continue to monitor time-sensitive emails on Fridays.
We hope you understand the need for this change in hours. This new policy will be monitored and if our labor market improves we may be able to return to a five-day work week in the future.
